Alaa Station is a gaming store in Amman Mall, Amman, Jordan. This page explains what happens to your information when you use our website — in plain language. The short version: we don't ask you to create an account, we don't take payments on the website, and we only ever use the details you send us to prepare your order.

Alaa Station ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to showcase our products and let you reach us to place an order. You can contact us at any time:

The website has no sign-up, login, or user accounts, and we do not run any tracking or advertising profiles on it. Concretely:

  • Your cart is saved only inside your own browser (using local storage on your device). It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
  • Orders and custom requests. When you tap “Checkout via WhatsApp” or submit the custom-order form, the website simply opens WhatsApp (or Gmail) with your order pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you press send. Any details you then choose to share with us — such as your name, delivery address, and phone number — are used only to prepare, confirm, and deliver that order.
  • No payment details on the website. We do not collect or process card or bank information online. Payment is arranged directly with us (cash on delivery, in store, or as agreed over WhatsApp).

3. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our host records basic technical information needed to serve pages securely — for example your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request. We use this only to keep the site running, protect it from abuse, and apply request rate limits. We do not use it to identify you personally or build a profile of you.

4. Third-party services we rely on

To run the website we use a few trusted services. When you interact with them, their own privacy policies apply:

  • Vercel — hosts the website and may log request metadata (such as IP addresses) for security and performance.
  • Google Maps — the map on our “Visit us” section is embedded from Google, which may receive data about that visit.
  • Google Fonts — used for the site's typography; Google may receive your IP address to deliver the fonts.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google) — used only if you choose to message us through them to place an order or ask a question.

We are not responsible for how these third parties handle your data, but we choose them because they are widely used and maintain their own privacy standards.

5. Cookies and local storage

Our own website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing we store on your device is your shopping cart, kept in your browser's local storage so your selections aren't lost if you refresh the page. You can clear it any time from your browser settings. Embedded services such as Google Maps or Google Fonts may set their own cookies under Google's policies.

  • To prepare, confirm, and deliver the orders you place with us.
  • To reply to your questions and custom-order requests.
  • To keep the website secure and available.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Order details shared with us over WhatsApp, phone, or email are kept only as long as needed to complete your order and handle any follow-up (such as warranty or returns), and to meet normal business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your messages and details at any time.

Because we don't hold accounts, you stay in control: simply don't send information you don't want to share. You may also ask us to show you what order details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them — just contact us using the details in section 1, and we'll help.

9. Children

Our products are sold to the general public. The website is not directed at young children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If a purchase is made for a minor, we assume a parent or guardian is arranging it.
